Shipping Times
If the product you ordered is in stock your order will be prepared for shipment right away. It will usually take 1-2 business days to ship your product and 2-7 business days for your product to arrive. We are constantly improving our shipping time and in some cases the product will arrive much faster than the posted estimated date. When checking the shipping status of your order, please note that 'tracking number generated' does not mean that the product has already shipped.
If you order a product that is a pre-order, it will say the estimated time that it will deliver. Please note this is just an estimate and can vary due to delays.
Note: If you have both a pre-order product and an in-stock, your order will arrive when all products are in-stock. The expected date is available in your order confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy
Because of the nature and volume of the business, once your order is placed we cannot process a cancellation. If you wish to cancel/return the item, once your product arrives you can proceed with the return for a full refund. For more detail, please review our Return Policy.
